Good to know
Thank you for your understanding with the bare terrain. This is a brand new construction in late fall. Landscaping will take place over the next couple of years. The owners no longer live on the property however, the other units on this property are rented out to other guests. The entire property can be explored and is a water front property. The cabin is approximately 200 feet from the water. The water is beautiful and relaxing but does not have a beach entrance is it is a river. It’s totally swimmable but many people do not like to swim in it because it is not a clear lake. Since this is a mini resort, you will likely see people coming and going. People like other guests, cleaners, maintenance, gardeners, lawn care, owners, and other staff. Expect to see people.
Other Details to Note
This cabin unit is two units in one building. When you book the entire cabin, (that is this listing)it’s all yours. We do have other homes for rent on this property and we come to visit it as well. Please reach out via the app. Please note that recreational equipment and furniture like Kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit materials, etc…, are available roughly late April-September. They are all self service. Please make sure to put them back when you are done. Some equipment isn’t available until June. Also, this property is completely smoke free unless you have booked the entire place and then you can smoke on the porch. Grill- bring your own pellets just in case!
