Good to know
Thank you for your understanding the ongoing landscaping. We currently are in phase 3. Please understand that this means machinery, materials, and landscaping activity could be going on during your stay. Landscaping takes time and is expensive so we truly appreciate patience. We are building a future which requires us to make a mess first 😉 Note that we do not live in the property but this is sort of a mini resort with other units on a large piece of property. This means that other guests will be coming and going possibly during your trip. Outdoor spaces are shared as well as games and equipment. We also have maintenance, gardeners, cleaners, other staff, as well as ourselves who visit the place. Expect to see people. Some water equipment is out now while others do not come out until June 1st when we know the water is warmer.
Other Details to Note
This cabin is two units in one. The units are completely private unless you choose to use the laundry room or the deck space as those are shared spaces. We finally got our new couch. It’s much more comfortable but it is lower to the ground and is very deep. Kayaks, paddle boat and other recreational equipment and furniture, are usually available late April-September (depending on weather) SUPs are available late May or early June-Early September. Grill- bring your own pellets just in case! NOTE!! There is another planned build for this property from Fall of 2027-spring of 2028. Please note that construction noise, machinery, working men and women, are likely to be onsite during this time. Please note that if you book, you have been notified in here and in a message with plenty of time to cancel if you believe this will be an issue for you. You will NOT get a refund after the cancelation period is over due to construction. Prices for stays will be lowered to compensate for this level of interruption and inconvenience. We are excited about improving the space and are thrilled to be adding another home to the resort!
